3004_Easter_Diary!

Went to the city quickly today (medicine inside), pursued the idea of a sheltered from the wind, light parkas. Didn't find anything in four shops and then was forced to turn around. At the Rossfeld bus station, a small woman got out in front of me, she was wearing a light blue parka, a little bit of that, as I have in mind: no initials and logos of big sports houses, no square pockets and tie waist, plain and simple classically pointed, a little like a cassock and that's it.

I spoke to the woman from behind: “You also have a jacket, just like I was looking for, where did you get them from?”
Die Frau drehte lächelnd den Kopf und machte mit Daumen und Zeigefinger ein kleines Zeichen für “little” or one “Prise”.
“Aha, no German. What language do you speak?”, I asked. “Russian.” said the woman. “Ah!”, I said. And nobody said anything for a while. I considered, if i should ask, if she was from Ukraine, found shelter here in the left-green district of the middle-class Rossfelder. But then I thought, if that weren't so, and the woman would simply be Russian, then she might have been ashamed of my question. I've heard Russians say, that they are ashamed to be Russians, and that's so tricky, because: what can they do about it, what can this woman do about it, that the, who rules their country is currently one of the most mentally ill despots on this globe?! So I didn't say anything, except: “Have a nice day!” And when she passed me, I asked: what does that mean in Russian. “Cat”, she said. ( And now I'm a little disappointed, because that just means goodbye.)

After just a few meters I met another woman with a classic, plain throw, who looked ok too, and for a moment I wanted to address the woman. And I introduced myself, as the same scene repeated itself. “Nice jacket!” – “I not German…” – “What language?” – “Russian?” – “Ah!” – —————————————————————– “Have a nice day!” ———————————————————————-“Cat!”

And so it would go on, on and on.

Also because of the language: Of course, it is the unifying and connecting element between people. At the same time, thanks to it, you can also set yourself apart, and clearly. speak the same language, is a great thing, because it is possible, seek and find consensus through language. I mean, when it gets complicated, then it is essential, being able to speak and communicate! One could even find peace in a dispute for the sake of language, and, just out of infatuation with the limitless possibilities of intellectual exchange, such a language, who both speak, makes possible. speak the same language, could mean, that there is no other way, than to reach a common solution, because the tools and the technology are there.

Every day, where this war will not end, is another day for an index, that those responsible fail to communicate with one another.
